At apphéro, communication is instant — just like if we were sitting in the same room. We don’t waste time digging through flooded inboxes or writing essays to say one thing. Email is for quarterly reports, formalities, or things that simply can’t be handled in real-time.

We prefer live tools, fast chats, and clarity. Meetings happen when they need to — and only when they need to. Everything else? Type it, ship it, move on.

In a remote-first company, tools aren’t optional — they’re foundational. At apphéro, we choose them carefully, and when we commit to one, it becomes our single source of truth.

We don’t go digging through lost PowerPoints on forgotten SharePoint folders. We don’t hide behind outdated procedures. We rely on shared, living systems — clear, current, and visible to all.

We start on time, we finish on time

Time is respect. At apphéro, we don’t show up late, and we don’t drag things out. If we say 10:00, we mean 10:00 — not “just a sec.”

Starting on time shows discipline. Ending on time shows focus. We do both.

We communicate, we interact

We don’t hide behind our screens. Cameras on, quick replies, real presence — even from afar. Remote doesn’t mean distant.
